<\/p>\nEA Sports released two covers for its upcoming \u201cCollege Football 26\u201d video game on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
The standard edition cover features sophomore wide receivers Ryan Williams from Alabama and Jeremiah Smith from Ohio State.<\/p>\n
The deluxe edition features Williams and Smith with a mix of other current college players, coaches, mascots, fans and former stars.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith College Football 26, we\u2019re celebrating our sophomore season with two generational sophomore wide receivers on the cover and we can\u2019t wait for the world to experience even more heart and authenticity across athletes, stadiums, coaches and fans,\u201d said Evan Dexter, EA Sports College Football\u2019s vice president of franchise strategy and marketing, in a statement<\/a>.<\/p>\n The game\u2019s official reveal trailer<\/a> will be released Thursday morning. <\/p>\n \u2018College Football 26\u2019 deluxe edition cover<\/p>\n The deluxe edition cover for \u201cCollege Football 26\u2033 is packed full of familiar faces, as well as up-and-coming young players. <\/p>\n Tim Tebow, Reggie Bush and Denard Robinson return to the game\u2019s cover for the new edition. All three were former cover athletes \u2014 Bush for NCAA 07, Tebow for NCAA 11 and Robinson for NCAA 14, which was the final installment of the game until it was rebooted last year.<\/p>\n Seven coaches made the \u201cCollege Football 26\u2033 deluxe edition cover: Notre Dame\u2019s Marcus Freeman, Ohio State\u2019s Ryan Day, Penn State\u2019s James Franklin, Ole Miss\u2019 Lane Kiffin, ASU\u2019s Kenny Dillingham, Oregon\u2019s Dan Lanning and Georgia\u2019s Kirby Smart. <\/p>\n In addition to Williams and Smith, the following current players made the deluxe edition cover: <\/p>\n Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah LovePenn State running back Nick SingletonASU quarterback Sam LeavittSouth Carolina\u2019s Dylan StewartOhio State safety Caleb DownsLSU quarterback Garrett NussmeierFlorida quarterback DJ LagwayMichigan quarterback Bryce UnderwoodIs BYU or Utah on the \u2018College Football 26\u2032 cover?<\/p>\n Both BYU and Utah football played a role in the deluxe cover of \u201cCollege Football 25,\u201d but the Utes and Cougars were snubbed from this year\u2019s cover.<\/p>\n BYU finished last season ranked No. 13 on the AP Top 25<\/a>. Of the teams featured on the deluxe edition of the new game\u2019s cover, BYU outranked Florida, LSU, South Carolina, Michigan and Clemson.<\/p>\n BYU not being represented on the College Football 26 cover is criminal. <\/p>\n Go ahead and count how many teams finished worse than the Cougars this season but still made it. pic.twitter.com\/nzmmDsaLxH<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 Brett Hammer (@bhammertimeshow) May 27, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n Last year, the \u201cCollege Football 25\u2033 cover sparked an online argument between BYU and Utah fans<\/a>.<\/p>\n A BYU helmet made the cover, but it initially seemed that Utah didn\u2019t make the cut. <\/p>\n However, fans later spotted a Utah player emerging from the shadows in an extended version of the cover.<\/p>\n \u201cCollege Football 26\u2033 is available now for pre-order<\/a> and will be released on July 10.<\/p>\n
