Sanders with the 41st selection, after moving up in a swap of multiple picks with the Chicago Bears.<\/p>\n Buffalo received picks 41, 72 and 240 from Chicago in exchange for picks 56, 62 and 109.<\/p>\n Sanders, who stands 6\u20194\u201d and weighs 291 pounds, racked up 8.5 sacks and 16.5 tackles for loss over the past two seasons.<\/p>\n Bills new DT T.J.
