Buffalo Bills running back James Cook is in Buffalo and participating in the Buffalo Bills’ minicamp.<\/p>\n

There was plenty of speculation that Cook would skip the minicamp because he wants a new deal from the Buffalo Bills<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cook is in the final year of his rookie contract and wants a new deal worth around $15 million dollars per year. The Bills have balked at paying that much for now.<\/p>\n

Why Is James Cook At Minicamp?<\/p>\n

The answer is simple: money. Cook<\/a> was asked by reporters why he showed up to minicamp and said, “I like my Money.”<\/p>\n

The big question is, is Cook worth the contract he wants? In his career in Buffalo<\/a>, he has rushed for over 2600 yards, scored 20 touchdowns, and has been a force in the playoffs.<\/p>\n

Last season in the playoffs, he rushed for 272 yards and three touchdowns in three playoff games. He also caught six passes for 64 yards.<\/p>\n
