For pretty much six years, Daniel Jones kept his innermost feelings inside, safely tucked away, hidden from all but his closest allies, friends and teammates. He loved being the quarterback of the New York Giants, but that job and that position did not love him back.<\/p>\n
The way it ended \u2014 with a benching then a self-induced release<\/a>, and then gone, goodbye \u2014 could make anyone bitter or resentful. Being that Daniel Jones does possess real, human emotions, these feelings stirred within him. He did whatever he could to make sure he suppressed them.
