LEXINGTON, Ky. \u2013 Eleven Kentucky Wildcats are on teams in the 2025 National Football League playoffs as Super Wildcard Weekend gets ready to kick off the NFL postseason.<\/p>\n

Six Wildcats are on teams playing in the Wildcard round, two are in the NFC No. 1-seed Detroit Lions who have a first-round bye, two are on practice squads, and another is on a reserved\/injured list.<\/p>\n

18 Kentucky Wildcats began the 2024 season<\/a> on NFL club 53-man rosters.<\/p>\n

10-year veteran Bud Dupree totaled six sacks, a forced fumble and interception this regular season with the 11-6 Chargers.<\/p>\n

Ray Davis rushed for 442 yards and three touchdowns, added 17 catches for 189 receiving yards and three receiving TDs in his rookie season with the 13-4 Bills.<\/p>\n

Carrington Valentine is in his second season with the 11-6 Packers. In 2024-25 he made 32 tackles, had five passes defended, two interceptions and two forced fumbles.<\/p>\n

Offensive lineman Darian Kinnard is in his first year with the 14-3 Eagles after being part of the Kansas City Chiefs organization his first two years in the NFL as the Chiefs won the Super Bowl the past two seasons.<\/p>\n

Rodriguez Jr. rushed for 173 yards and two TDS in nine games for the 12-5 Commanders this season.<\/p>\n

Edwards played five games with the 10-7 Bucs, making 11 tackles after joining the team. He started the season in Buffalo, playing three games with the Bills.<\/p>\n

Paschal, in his third year as a pro, made 21 tackles in 14 games played for the 15-2 Lions this season, including two sacks.<\/p>\n

Smith \u2013 in his 11th pro season \u2013 had four sacks in eight games with the Lions, after five sacks in nine games with the Cleveland Browns to start the season<\/p>\n

Eight Kentucky Wildcats played in the 2024 NFL Playoffs<\/a> with Mike Edwards and Kinnard winning the Super Bowl with the Chiefs.<\/p>\n

Edwards is a two-time Super Bowl winner having also made big plays during the Buccaneers 2020-21 championship run.<\/p>\n
