The dueling proposals, which are from April, \u201cshow just how far apart the sides remain as they stare down\u201d a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportsbusinessjournal.com\/Articles\/2025\/04\/02\/bengals-face-end-of-june-deadline-for-paycor-stadium-extension-decision\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.sportsbusinessjournal.com\/Articles\/2025\/04\/02\/bengals-face-end-of-june-deadline-for-paycor-stadium-extension-decision\/\">June 30 deadline for the Bengals to extend the current lease<\/a>, with \u201cmajor differences on how much should be spent, how much each party\u2019s share should be and how long the Bengals should be legally required to stay in Cincinnati.\u201d Hamilton County in its proposal would pay $270M toward an $830M \u201crenovation of Paycor Stadium.\u201d The county \u201cproposed that the Bengals pay\u201d $210M, with the state of Ohio \u201ckicking in\u201d $350M.
