We have made it through another week of the offseason, now 12 weeks from Week 1. It is time to check in with the rest of the NFC West and see what is happening with the Arizona Cardinals’ division rivals \u2014 the Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks.<\/p>\n

Early favorite for punt return job<\/p>\n
The Seahawks added former Ravens receiver and returner Steven Sims in the offseason. Sims has been getting the bulk of the punt return reps in OTAs<\/a>.<\/p>\n Highest-paid punter<\/p>\n The Seahawks signed Michael Dickson to a contract extension<\/a>. It is worth $16.2 million over four years, which makes him the highest-paid punter in the NFL.<\/p>\n Uchenna Nwosu rehabbing<\/p>\n The Seahawks had 100% attendance at mandatory minicamp this past week. However, linebacker Uchenna Nwosu was not practicing<\/a>. He had offseason knee surgery but head coach Miek Macdonald downplayed it, calling it small..<\/p>\n Ankle injury for Ken Walker<\/p>\n RB Kenneth Walker III missed some time in offseason work. After missing six games last season, he is dealing with what is considered a minor ankle injury<\/a>.<\/p>\n Minicamp rookie standouts<\/p>\n As the offseason program concluded, there were three rookies who stood out<\/a> \u2014 guard Grey Zabel, safety Nick Emmanwori and receiver Tory Horton.<\/p>\n Zabel projects as a starter. Emmanwori will compete for a role on defense.
