The Washington Commanders are now on everyone’s radar entering 2025 after Jayden Daniels and the roster took the NFL by storm in 2024.<\/p>\n

Coming off an NFC Championship game appearance, the Commanders have brought back most of their offense, with the same coordinator, Kliff Kingsbury, and Daniels’ expected improvement. Things are trending in the right direction at this early stage of the offseason.<\/p>\n

How well, though?<\/p>\n

Well, if you ask running back Austin Ekeler<\/a>, what he said on Sirius XM NFL Radio about the offense will have Commanders fans rubbing their hands together at what they can expect in 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think there’s even going to be more growth this year, which is awesome because of where we are at with our team and have a lot of players back,\u201d Ekeler said<\/a>. \u201cWe still have a lot of playmakers. Got to get Terry paid, man, we are going to be looking like a powerhouse out there.\u201d<\/p>\n

The offense was powerful last season, and now with the additions of five-time Pro Bowler Laremy Tunsil and All-Pro Deebo Samuel, Washington appears to be in better shape.<\/p>\n

Of course, the big elephant in the room is Terry McLaurin’s contract saga, which we think will eventually get done with the receiver set to get a contract, we think, that will pay him at least $30 million APY.<\/p>\n

With weapons everywhere, an ascending quarterback with the same coordinator, and a stout offensive line, the Commanders are being looked at as an NFC and Super Bowl contender.<\/p>\n

And their “powerhouse” offense is a big reason why.<\/p>\n
