ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WFRV) \u2013 Kids had a chance to show off their football skills to Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs on Friday night.<\/p>\n

The pro-bowl running back hosted a football camp at Titletown\u2019s football field.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s something that I always wanted to do because of the love and the support I got from this community just coming in year one,\u201d said Jacobs. \u201cThey treated me like family so it\u2019s just about giving back to the community.\u201d<\/p>\n

Several other NFL players joined Jacobs for the camp including former Wisconsin Badger great Alec Ingold.<\/p>\n

\u201cA blessing to be in that position to have that impact on others, just trying to do it in a positive light,\u201d Jacobs said. \u201c(I want them to see) how fun the game is, where they\u2019re at right now is when the love of the game is the most pure.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jacobs joined in on the action and of course also provided kids with valuable pointers on how to improve their game.<\/p>\n
