NFL free agency officially begins on March 12. Two days earlier, on March 10, teams can begin contract negotiations with unrestricted free agents but can’t officially sign them until 4 p.m. ET on the 12th, which is the official start of the league year.<\/p>\n
Below you\u2019ll find the list of the top 100 unrestricted free agents available to sign contracts this offseason.<\/p>\n

Tee Higgins<\/a> was a potential top-five free agent last season, but the Bengals applied the franchise tag. Higgins missed a few games but still averaged more than 2.0 yards per route run. He still proved he can be a dominant force on the outside, both at creating separation and winning in contested catch opportunities.<\/p>\n Top Landing Spots for Higgins<\/a><\/p>\n 2. Trey Smith, OG, Kansas City Chiefs Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 1<\/p>\n Trey Smith<\/a> has been one of the league\u2019s better guards since he was drafted in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft<\/a>, though he just made his first Pro Bowl in 2024. This season, he ranked sixth among interior linemen in run block win rate, per ESPN, and had a career-best 2.3 percent blown block rate, according to Sports Info Solutions. He\u2019ll only turn 26 years old in June.<\/p>\n 3. Chris Godwin, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Age:\u00a029 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Chris Godwin<\/a>\u2019s season ended because of a dislocated ankle, but he was one of the league\u2019s best receivers until that point. Through Week 7, Godwin was 11th in yards per route run among receivers (2.36) and had a 71 percent success rate on targets. <\/p>\n He was a 60 percent slot player who could beat man and zone coverage. Despite playing in seven games, Godwin still finished 15th in yards after the catch over expectation, per Next Gen Stats.<\/p>\n 4. Jevon Holland, S, Miami Dolphins Age:\u00a025 | FA Position Rank: 1<\/p>\n After playing his first two seasons as a mostly deep safety \u2014 playing single high about 40 percent of the time \u2014 Jevon Holland<\/a> was moved around the defense more often during the past two seasons. <\/p>\n Under Anthony Weaver, Holland played deep on 64 percent of his snaps, in the box on 13.4 percent, and in the slot on 17.4 percent. He brings range as a center-fielder and the versatility to move around. He also had 16 pressures as a rookie, leaving some untapped pass rush potential.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 1<\/p>\n During the offseason, we pegged D.J. Reed<\/a> as the league\u2019s most underrated player heading into the 2024 season. That likely won\u2019t be the case after the interest he\u2019ll garner in free agency. Reed is a tough, physical corner who is always around the ball, even if that doesn\u2019t lead to interceptions \u2014 he has 51 career passes defensed but just six interceptions. <\/p>\n Reed\u2019s ability to hold up in coverage was what allowed the Jets to have their cornerbacks play sides with Sauce Gardner and still have Reed rank 28th in targets per coverage snap this season. On 96 press coverage snaps, Reed allowed just 40 yards.<\/p>\n 6. Khalil Mack, EDGE, Los Angeles Chargers Age:\u00a034 | FA Position Rank: 1<\/p>\n Khalil Mack<\/a> can still get to the passer and continues to be one of the league\u2019s best run defenders on the outside. He was 28th in pressure rate among 138 players with at least 250 pass rush snaps. <\/p>\n Mack also had one of the fastest average get-off times among this group of free-agent pass rushers at 0.81 seconds, according to Next Gen Stats.<\/p>\n Top Landing Spots for Mack<\/a><\/p>\n 7. Ronnie Stanley, OT, Baltimore Ravens Age:\u00a031 | FA Position Rank: 1<\/p>\n Ronnie Stanley<\/a> was 12th among tackles in pass block win rate despite a 5.4 percent passing blown block rate. That\u2019s a huge difference based on how long Stanley had to hold some blocks on extended plays. On the high side, Stanley can be one of the better pass-blocking tackles in the league, and he played 17 games after missing time to injury in each of the past four seasons.<\/p>\n 8. Josh Sweat, EDGE, Philadelphia Eagles Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Josh Sweat<\/a> took advantage of a longer runway in Philadelphia after the trade of Haason Reddick, the ineffectiveness of Bryce Huff, and the injury to Brandon Graham. Among players with at least five sacks, Sweat ranked sixth in average time to sack. He was 22nd in pressure rate and put up a pressure rate of at least 12 percent in each of the past three seasons.\u00a0<\/p>\n 9. Zack Baun, LB, Philadelphia Eagles Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 1<\/p>\n Zack Baun<\/a> had an incredible transformation from rotational edge rusher to off-ball linebacker in the center of one of the league\u2019s best defenses. He was 12th at the position in yards allowed per coverage snap and had 10 more tackles that produced positive EPA (97) for the defense than the next-highest linebacker.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 1<\/p>\n Osa Odighizuwa<\/a> has emerged as one of the best penetrating interior linemen in the league during the past few seasons. He was 12th in pass rush win rate in 2024 after finishing fourth at the position in 2023. <\/p>\n He accounted for 27 percent of the Cowboys\u2019 pressures in 2024, and his 23 quarterback hits ranked 11th among all defenders.<\/p>\n 11. Charvarius Ward, CB, San Francisco 49ers Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Charvarius Ward<\/a> was 95th in adjusted yards allowed per coverage snap in 2024 after finishing 21st in 2023. Those coverage stats can be highly volatile from season to season, and Ward\u2019s physicality is a valuable skill on the outside. Plus, he still forced a 31.3 percent tight window rate on targets, according to Next Gen Stats.<\/p>\n 12. Stefon Diggs, WR, Houston Texans Age:\u00a031 | FA Position Rank: 3<\/p>\n Stefon Diggs<\/a> tore his ACL in Week 8, which prematurely ended his season with Houston and the hope that a good year could boost his value heading into free agency. That could be a concerning injury for a player who had already lost some top-end speed, but Diggs still has the route-running savvy to create separation and was seventh in ESPN\u2019s open score. <\/p>\n While he was on the field with the Texans, he had a nearly even split between snaps in the slot and outside but was more productive outside (2.38 yards per route run to 1.33).<\/p>\n 13. Haason Reddick, EDGE, New York Jets Age:\u00a030 | FA Position Rank: 3<\/p>\n Holding out for a new contract after getting traded to the Jets put Haason Reddick<\/a> way behind on the 2024 season and he never really recovered. Reddick only had three quarterback hits and one sack but still had a quick get-off and seven quick pressures. <\/p>\n He also had a batted pass and a forced fumble. With a more normal offseason, Reddick could look more like the player who had 38 sacks and 67 hits during the previous three seasons.<\/p>\n 14. Zack Martin, OG, Dallas Cowboys Age:\u00a034 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Zack Martin<\/a> will enter his age-35 season and will be returning from an ankle injury that required surgery, but this is also Zack Martin. When on the field, Martin had a 1.5 percent blown block rate, per SIS, and ranked fourth among interior linemen in run block win rate. He was also 15th among guards in pass block win rate.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Milton Williams<\/a> has broken out as an interior pass-rush threat. He was sixth in pass rush win rate, though he gets the benefit of being double-teamed less often than most interior defenders due to playing next to Jalen Carter. Still, during the second half of the season, Williams was fifth among all defenders in pressure rate.<\/p>\n 16. Ernest Jones, LB, Seattle Seahawks Age:\u00a025 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Ernest Jones<\/a> completely changed the Seattle defense after the midseason trade that sent him to the Seahawks. His presence allowed more defenders to play to their strengths, while Jones took up more responsibility in the middle of the field. <\/p>\n His absence from the Rams was also felt in the middle of the field. He\u2019s a player who can be a plus in coverage and a sideline-to-sideline tackler.\u00a0<\/p>\n 17. Camryn Bynum, S, Minnesota Vikings Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Camryn Bynum<\/a> is a versatile safety who thrived in the split-safety coverages under Brian Flores. He\u2019s rangy on the back end and can also charge downhill to play the run. If needed, he can also slide to the slot, which he was asked to do on 25 percent of snaps in 2023. Bynum has 19 passes defensed across the past two seasons.<\/p>\n 18. Sam Darnold, QB, Minnesota Vikings Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 1<\/p>\n Sam Darnold<\/a> had his career breakout season with the Vikings but still only ended up 16th among quarterbacks in EPA per play. His final games of the season also raised some concerns in his game that were mostly covered up earlier in the year. He still struggled under pressure, so the team that signs Darnold has to be confident in putting him in the right situation to play to his strengths.<\/p>\n Top Landing Spots for Darnold<\/a><\/p>\n 19. Talanoa Hufanga, S, San Francisco 49ers Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 3<\/p>\n Few players, when healthy, have the aggressiveness and tenacity in coverage as Talanoa Hufanga<\/a>. He was an All-Pro in 2022 but has only played 17 games in the past two seasons. When on the field during the past two seasons, he played as a single-high safety about 30 percent of the time, but he\u2019s probably better off in his 2022 usage, allowing him to rotate down in the box and play downhill.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a031| FA Position Rank: 4<\/p>\n Amari Cooper<\/a> was a much more efficient receiver after his trade to the Bills, but that was the difference between being a high-volume receiver (27.3 percent target share) on a bad offense with Cleveland and a low-volume (9.3 percent target share) on a good offense. <\/p>\n Cooper will be 31 years old but still has the route running and body control to keep up a game that was never really based on speed. He still killed against zone coverage on the outside with the Bills.\u00a0<\/p>\n 21. Kevin Zeitler, OG, Detroit Lions Age:\u00a035 | FA Position Rank: 3<\/p>\n Kevin Zeitler<\/a> is another older guard who kept his high level of play in 2024. More impressively, Zeitler switched teams, going from the Ravens to the Lions, and was still one of the better guards in the league. His 1.1 percent blown block rate was one of the lowest rates at the position this past season.\u00a0<\/p>\n 22. Will Fries, OG, Indianapolis Colts Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 4<\/p>\n If not for a tibia injury that ended Will Fries<\/a>\u2019 season in Week 5, he would be even higher on the list. Fries had an impressive 1.5 percent blown block rate in those first five weeks after finishing with a solid 2.4 percent in 2023. When healthy, Fries can continue to build on that development and be a plus run blocker with good pass blocking.<\/p>\n 23. Byron Murphy, CB, Minnesota Vikings Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 3<\/p>\n Byron Murphy<\/a> thrived as a zone corner in Minnesota\u2019s defense. He has the ability to play inside and outside, doing both well in 2024, as he ranked 30th in adjusted yards allowed per coverage snap. His ball skills are apparent with 27 passes defensed in the past two years.<\/p>\n 24. Malcolm Koonce, EDGE, Las Vegas Raiders Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 4<\/p>\n Malcolm Koonce<\/a> suffered a season-ending injury in September that knocked him out before his year started. He broke out in 2023 with 52 pressures, a 15.4 percent pressure rate (24th), 17 quarterback hits, and eight sacks. If healthy, Koonce would be even higher on these rankings and could come at a discount for the quality of pass rusher he becomes when recovered.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 4<\/p>\n During the past four years, Tre’Von Moehrig<\/a> has lined up less as a deep safety, dropping from 96.3 percent in 2021 to just 49.6 percent in 2024. That has coincided with him playing better near the line of scrimmage with more comfortability playing downhill. <\/p>\n He has 12 pressured and 10 passes defensed in 2024, one of four players to reach a double-double in those categories, along with Jalen Ramsey, Brian Branch, and Cam Heyward.<\/p>\n 26. Drew Dalman, C, Atlanta Falcons Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank:\u00a01<\/p>\n Drew Dalman<\/a> missed a chunk of time in the middle of the season with an ankle sprain but was an effective blocker when he was on the field. His 1.3 percent blown block rate was a career low, and he was important in the middle of the Atlanta line’s run game, which had the third-best EPA per rush once Dalman returned to the lineup in Week 13.<\/p>\n 27. Asante Samuel Jr., CB, Los Angeles Chargers Age:\u00a025 | FA Position Rank: 4<\/p>\n When Asante Samuel Jr.<\/a> was on the field, he played well but was limited to just 142 coverage snaps in 2024. He missed most of the season because of stinger symptoms, which may be something to watch going forward. But Samuel is also a young corner who has been productive outside and in the slot during his career, making him an attractive option if healthy.<\/p>\n 28. Alaric Jackson, OT, Los Angeles Rams Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Alaric Jackson<\/a>\u2019s 2.5 percent blown block rate is the best of this free-agent group of tackles. His age and development path should make him a desired target for any team in need of tackle help. Listed at 6-foot-7, 345 pounds, he has the size to be a wall on the outside with the movement to not be too stiff to defend around the edge.<\/p>\n 29. DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Kansas City Chiefs Age:\u00a033 | FA Position Rank: 5<\/p>\n After the trade to the Chiefs, DeAndre Hopkins<\/a> was targeted on a healthy 23.7 percent of his routes, which was only slightly below his top yards in Houston and Arizona. The difference is Hopkins has only ran a route on 53.7 percent of Kansas City\u2019s pass plays since he was acquired. <\/p>\n He\u2019s also been recovering from an MCL injury suffered in the offseason. At this point in his career, Hopkins could transition to a power slot option.\u00a0<\/p>\n Age:\u00a025 | FA Position Rank: 3<\/p>\n Nick Bolton<\/a> is an aggressive downhill player who had seven tackles for loss against the run this season. He was 24th in yards allowed per coverage snap and had six passes defensed. Bolton was also used more as a pass-rusher, blitzing on 16.6 percent of his pass snaps with seven quarterback hits.\u00a0<\/p>\n 31. Dre Greenlaw, LB, San Francisco 49ers Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 4<\/p>\n After tearing his Achilles in the Super Bowl last season, Dre Greenlaw<\/a> only appeared in two games during the 2024 season. <\/p>\n When healthy, Greenlaw was a rangy linebacker who combined with Fred Warner to create one of the best linebacker duos in the league. If he gets back to full health, he could be a rock in the middle of a defense.\u00a0<\/p>\n 32. Justin Reid, S, Kansas City Chiefs Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 5<\/p>\n Justin Reid<\/a> won\u2019t turn 28 years old until the middle of February after ending his seventh year in the league. With the Chiefs, Reid has bounced all around the defense and can line up anywhere for a dime-heavy defense. He\u2019s been a great run defender both from depth and near the line of scrimmage. He has five tackles for loss in each of the past two seasons.<\/p>\n 33. Calais Campbell, iDL, Miami Dolphins Age:\u00a039 | FA Position Rank: 3<\/p>\n We should believe Calais Campbell<\/a> can continue to play at a high level until proven otherwise. After playing almost exclusively out on the edge with the Falcons in 2023, he split his time 60-40 outside and inside with the Dolphins in 2024. He has five passes defensed and 12 tackles for loss while still being a disruptive force across the defensive line.<\/p>\n 34. Aaron Jones, RB, Minnesota Vikings Age:\u00a030 | FA Position Rank: 1<\/p>\n Aaron Jones<\/a> remained a consistent rusher who avoided negative plays on his one-year deal with the Vikings. He averaged 3.00 yards after contact per rush and was only stuffed on 14.5 percent of his carries, which ranked seventh among backs with at least 200 carries. <\/p>\n Jones doesn\u2019t really have the long speed anymore, but his vision is useful in the backfield to go along with his receiving ability and 408 receiving yards.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 5<\/p>\n Carlton Davis<\/a> was 81st in adjusted yards allowed per coverage snap but had a difficult job playing one of the highest rates of man coverage in the league. He finished the year on injured reserve because of a broken jaw. While he\u2019s not the shutdown corner that his reputation might have suggested, he\u2019s a versatile piece that could boost most secondaries in the league.\u00a0<\/p>\n Top Landing Spots for Davis<\/a><\/p>\n 36. Mekhi Becton, OG, Philadelphia Eagles Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 5<\/p>\n Under Jeff Stoudland\u2019s coaching, Mekhi Becton<\/a> had an impressive transition from tackle to guard. His 6-foot-7 frame allowed him to be a wall as a run blocker, and he had the mobility to get out in space as a puller. He also has the skill set to be a good pass blocker from his years as a tackle.\u00a0<\/p>\n 37. Chase Young, EDGE, New Orleans Saints Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 5<\/p>\n It might have gone under the radar because it happened on a Saints team that collapsed down the stretch, but Chase Young<\/a> looked closer to a second-overall pick than he looked in any other year of his career. <\/p>\n Young ranked 15th in pressure rate and could be in line for positive regression on sacks, as he only converted 26.2 percent of his hits into sacks in 2024. He was 14th in quick pressures, per Next Gen Stats.<\/p>\n 38. Cam Robinson, OT, Minnesota Vikings Age:\u00a029 | FA Position Rank: 3<\/p>\n Cam Robinson<\/a> hasn\u2019t always been consistent, and there were some moments late in the season with the Vikings when he was picked on as a pass protector, but his size and traits will still be alluring for some teams. He only has one full season with a passing blown block rate under three percent.<\/p>\n 39. Jamien Sherwood, LB, New York Jets Age:\u00a025 | FA Position Rank: 5<\/p>\n The 2021 fifth-round pick had the sixth-most tackles that produced a positive play for the defense among linebackers in 2024, just one behind teammate Quincy Williams. Jamien Sherwood<\/a> had 10 tackles for loss and made a tackle on an impressive 15.5 percent of his snaps. He was also 20th in yards allowed per coverage snap, leading to plenty of upside as a three-down linebacker.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Justin Fields<\/a> didn\u2019t blow anyone away in his starting stint with the Steelers and was eventually replaced by Russell Wilson. However, that might have been more of a Steelers thing because once Wilson couldn\u2019t hit the deep balls, there wasn\u2019t a lot to the Pittsburgh passing game. Fields still has upside because of his legs, though he might not ever be a reliably consistent passer.<\/p>\n Best Landing Spots for Fields<\/a><\/p>\n 41. Nate Hobbs, CB, Las Vegas Raiders Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 6<\/p>\n At 6-foot-1, Nate Hobbs<\/a> is a bigger slot corner, but he\u2019s used his size and quickness to his advantage to hold up with smaller receivers inside. He ranked 45th in adjusted yards per coverage snap in 2024 and has been an effective slot blitzer in his career, though he had a career-low pressure rate this season with a career-high 7.3 percent blitz rate.<\/p>\n 42. Juwan Johnson, TE, New Orleans Saints Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 1<\/p>\n Juwan Johnson<\/a>\u2019s eight catches of 20 or more yards ranked seventh among tight ends. He\u2019s a big target who can be used down the field and can spring himself open for big plays if needed. For an offense that needs a threat down the seam, Johnson is the best option at the position in this market.<\/p>\n 43. Rasul Douglas, CB, Buffalo Bills Age:\u00a030 | FA Position Rank: 7<\/p>\n Rasul Douglas<\/a> is a long, physical corner who has used that length to play well on the outside and create small windows for passes. 2024 was a down season, as Douglas only ranked 71st in adjusted yards allowed per coverage snap. He was 10th in targets allowed per coverage snap, but he allowed some big plays when passes were thrown in coverage, bumping up the yardage numbers.\u00a0<\/p>\n 44. Darius Slayton, WR, New York Giants Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 6<\/p>\n It feels like we\u2019re coming off multiple years of the Giants hinting they would like to move on from Darius Slayton<\/a>, only for him to not go anywhere and still be a productive piece of the passing game, even when things went as poorly as possible. <\/p>\n Slayon has untapped vertical potential that Giants quarterbacks weren\u2019t able to take advantage of, and that outside speed is something many offenses in the league lack.\u00a0<\/p>\n Age:\u00a034 | FA Position Rank: 4<\/p>\n Tyron Smith<\/a> had a rough season at tackle for the Jets with a 4.6 percent blown block rate. However, he was still first at the position in run block win rate. He only played in 10 games and will turn 35 years old in December. It\u2019s a big if to plan for Smith to be on the field, even though he was a second-team All-Pro as recently as 2023 when he still only played 13 games.<\/p>\n 46. Dayo Odeyingbo, EDGE, Indianapolis Colts Age:\u00a025 | FA Position Rank: 6<\/p>\n There\u2019s still some projection with Dayo Odeyingbo<\/a>, but he\u2019s improved in each season of his career. He had 17 hits in each of the past two seasons, even though there was a big difference in sack total, with eight in 2023 and three in 2024. Still, Odeynigbo had 14 quick pressures, per Next Gen Stats, and had two turnovers forced because of his pressure during the season.\u00a0<\/p>\n 47. Dan Moore Jr., OT, Pittsburgh Steelers Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 5<\/p>\n Dan Moore Jr. <\/a>has been the Steelers\u2019 left tackle since his rookie season, though that has come with some ups and downs. His 2024 season was another example of judging blocks by how long he was asked to hold up in protection. <\/p>\n Moore had a troubling 5.2 percent passing blown block rate but ranked 11th among tackles in pass block win rate. A new team could bank on the latter being something to build on without Justin Fields and Russell Wilson trying to extend plays behind him.<\/p>\n 48. James Daniels, OG, Pittsburgh Steelers Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 6<\/p>\n James Daniels<\/a> tore his Achilles in September, which will put the start of the 2025 season in question \u2014 at least in productivity if he\u2019s able to get on the field. He had a 1.6 percent blown block rate in 2023 when he played 15 games.<\/p>\n 49. Levi Onwuzurike, iDL, Detroit Lions Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 4<\/p>\n Levi Onwuzurike<\/a> played in 16 games and 58 percent of the Lions\u2019 defensive snaps. That was a welcome development after injuries kept him off the field entirely in 2022 and for just 10 games in 2023. When on the field, he\u2019s a disruptive force, and his 11.7 percent pressure rate was impressive from the interior. If he can stay on the field, he can be a valuable piece in the middle of a line.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a033 | FA Position Rank: 7<\/p>\n At this stage in his career, Keenan Allen<\/a> won’t be the target hog he was during his peak seasons with the Chargers. There were moments when Allen looked a bit slow, but he was always more of a technician. <\/p>\n Known for working the middle of the field, he was most productive on out routes this season with 3.44 yards per route run and four of his nine receptions of 20 or more yards.<\/p>\n 51. D.J. Jones, iDL, Denver Broncos Age:\u00a030 | FA Position Rank: 5<\/p>\n D.J. Jones<\/a> doesn\u2019t bring much as a pass rusher, but he\u2019s been such a force as a run-stopper throughout his career. In 2024, he was second in run stop win rate among interior defenders. For a team looking for a true nose tackle to can take up space, eat blocks, and control the middle of the line, Jones will be a perfect fit.<\/p>\n 52. Dante Fowler Jr., EDGE, Washington Commanders Age:\u00a031 | FA Position Rank: 7<\/p>\n There was a ton of explosiveness in Dante Fowler Jr.<\/a>‘s game during his season in Washington. He was 21st in pressure rate and eighth among edge rushers in pass rush win rate. Most of that came from his moonball that hit fairly often. The problem was there wasn\u2019t much else to his game when the explosive plays weren\u2019t hitting. <\/p>\n He still tries to extend plays a little too much, but if he\u2019s behind a good offensive line with a downfield receiver he can trust, there are worse ways to try to bridge an offense while preparing for whatever comes next.<\/p>\n 54. Ryan Kelly, C, Indianapolis Colts Age:\u00a032 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Ryan Kelly<\/a> only played 10 games due to injuries, but he\u2019s been one of the best centers in football since entering the league. He was 10th among interior linemen in pass block win rate, and his 1.4 percent blown block rate was one of the lowest of his career. <\/p>\n We\u2019ve also seen how much a veteran center can help a young quarterback at the line of scrimmage, so Kelly could be even more valuable to a team seeking that type of guidance.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 7<\/p>\n Teven Jenkins<\/a> had a career-high 14 games played in 2024, which is part of the concern with him to this point in his career. He had a 2.3 percent blown block rate and has been a good run blocker when he\u2019s on the field, recording a 1.7 percent blown block rate in 2024.<\/p>\n 56. Marquise Brown, WR, Kansas City Chiefs Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 8<\/p>\n A sternoclavicular injury suffered before the season started knocked Marquise Brown<\/a> out of action until Week 16. Brown was expected to be the deep threat on the Kansas City offense, but that role never materialized. He\u2019s done some good work on crossers and slants while that vertical ability is still available.<\/p>\n 57. Elijah Molden, S, Los Angeles Chargers Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 6<\/p>\n Elijah Molden<\/a> started his transition from corner to safety in 2023 with the Titans, but his full ability was unlocked when he was traded to the Chargers in August. He played well in the split-safety coverages, often allowing the Chargers to play with three safeties on the field and put Derwin James in the slot. He suffered a broken fibula in Week 17 and his absence was felt in the playoffs.\u00a0<\/p>\n 58. Donte Jackson, CB, Pittsburgh Steelers Age:\u00a029 | FA Position Rank: 8<\/p>\n Donte Jackson<\/a> turned out the be the much better player in the Diontae Johnson trade that sent Jackson to Pittsburgh. He was 10th in adjusted yards allowed per coverage snap, though that was boosted by his five interceptions. He was closer to the league average by yards allowed per coverage snap without the adjustments, but even average cornerback play will make him a valuable target in free agency.<\/p>\n 59. Baron Browning, EDGE, Arizona Cardinals Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 8<\/p>\n Lost in the shuffle in Denver, Baron Browning<\/a> had a 15.5 percent pressure rate after getting traded to Arizona while he rushed the passer on 83.2 percent of his pass snaps. Browning is a linebacker-to-edge conversion and could bring that positional versatility to his next team.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a033 | FA Position Rank: 9<\/p>\n DeMarcus Lawrence<\/a> only played in four games due to a Lisfranc injury suffered in Week 4. He tried to come back at the end of the regular season but could not get his foot healthy enough to do so. At this stage, Lawrence could serve as a veteran pass-rush specialist for a contending team, getting him in advantageous situations to get to the quarterback.<\/p>\n 61. Mike Hilton, CB, Cincinnati Bengals Age:\u00a031 | FA Position Rank: 9<\/p>\n After years of being one of the league\u2019s best slot corners, Mike Hilton<\/a> slowed a bit in 2024. He wasn\u2019t as quick, and he wasn\u2019t quite as effective as a blitzer, while the Bengals asked him to do it more often in an attempt to generate something in the pass rush. Hilton still had eight tackles for loss and could fit in a defense that has a better structure in place than the 2024 Bengals.<\/p>\n 62. Najee Harris, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Najee Harris<\/a> had 1,000 rushing yards, his fourth-straight year of doing so, but that was more because of volume than efficiency. Harris only averaged 1.06 yards before contact per carry, and he was hit within a yard of the line of scrimmage on 56.3 percent (the second-highest rate among running backs). <\/p>\n A team could hope better blocking in front of Harris could open up some more room, but he\u2019s also not incredibly explosive, so some kind of Saquon Barkley impact is likely not on the table.<\/p>\n Top Landing Spots for Harris<\/a><\/p>\n 63. Zach Ertz, TE, Washington Commanders Age:\u00a034 | FA Position Rank: 2<\/p>\n Zach Ertz<\/a> won’t be a top target in the passing game, but he was a useful piece in the middle of the field for Washington and Jayden Daniels. He was also a reliable red zone threat, with all seven of his touchdowns coming inside the 20. <\/p>\n When needed, he got open in space, which led to his 11-catch, 104-yard game against the Eagles in the NFC Championship Game.<\/p>\n 64. Patrick Mekari, OG, Baltimore Ravens Age:\u00a028 | FA Position Rank: 8<\/p>\n Throughout his career, Patrick Mekari<\/a> has played all over the offensive line for the Ravens. He played center and right guard in 2020, right tackle in 2021, left tackle in 2022 and 2023, and left guard in 2024. That versatility should help his market, fitting wherever he needs to be placed. He was 18th among interior linemen in pass block win rate while at left guard in 2024.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a025 | FA Position Rank: 9<\/p>\n After three seasons of inconsistent production and involvement, Dyami Brown<\/a> had his best season in 2024. Though that only resulted in 537 yards, the former third-round pick became a more well-rounded receiver rather than just a deep threat. <\/p>\n He still had 11 receptions of 20 or more yards. Most of his production came in the back-end of the season with 331 yards and 1.87 yards per route run, which would rank 32nd in a full season, from Week 15 through the NFC Championship Game.<\/p>\n 66. J.K. Dobbins, RB, Los Angeles Chargers Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 3<\/p>\n J.K. Dobbins<\/a> had some fun flashes in his return from injury, but he was stuck behind an inconsistent line that got him hit in the backfield often. He only had a 36.3 percent success rate and missed time near the end of the season. Still, he had 27 carries of 10 or more yards, which ranked 11th at the position.\u00a0<\/p>\n 67. Lavonte David, LB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Age:\u00a035 | FA Position Rank: 6<\/p>\n Lavonte David<\/a> lost a step in coverage, ranking 79th in yards allowed per coverage snap, but his instincts and recognition rarely put him out of position. He still ranked 20th among linebackers in positive tackles, and he played the eighth-most snaps at the position as a 34-year-old.<\/p>\n 68. Morgan Moses, OT, New York Jets Age:\u00a034 | FA Position Rank: 6<\/p>\n Morgan Moses<\/a> remains a reliable tackle when he\u2019s on the field, but he\u2019s played 14 games in each of the past two seasons and will be entering his age-35 season. He missed multiple weeks with an MCL sprain \u2014 though that could have kept him out longer \u2014 and was also listed on the injury report with wrist and shoulder injuries during the season.\u00a0<\/p>\n 69. B.J. Hill, iDL, Cincinnati Bengals Age:\u00a030 | FA Position Rank: 6<\/p>\n B.J. Hill<\/a> has been a solid presence inside for the Bengals, adding just enough pass-rush juice to good run defense. After putting up 21 quarterback hits in 2023, he only had nine in 2024, despite his early-down pressure numbers being similar. The biggest difference was on third downs, as the Bengals did not have the same volume of third-and-longs that allowed Hill to just play the pass.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a035 | FA Position Rank: 7<\/p>\n Put Bobby Wagner<\/a> in the position to succeed, and he can still make all the tackles. He was ninth in positive tackles and ranked fourth in yards allowed per coverage snap. The key, though, is to have a second linebacker looked down who can allow Wagner to play aggressively. He had Ernest Jones with the Rams and Frankie Luvu last year with the Commanders.<\/p>\n 71. E.J. Speed, LB, Indianapolis Colts Age:\u00a030 | FA Position Rank: 8<\/p>\n E.J. Speed<\/a> was tied for 10th in total defeats, though teammate Zaire Franklin was tied for fifth and did most of the heavy lifting in the middle of the Indianapolis defense. Speed can be a good chase-and-tackle player, but he was only 85th in yards allowed per coverage snap, which can be a liability if not covered up by others along the defense.<\/p>\n 72. Derek Barnett, EDGE, Houston Texans Age:\u00a029 | FA Position Rank: 10<\/p>\n Derek Barnett<\/a> only had a 7.8 percent pressure rate during 2024 but had a 0.76-second average get-off rate per Next Gen Stats. That\u2019s one of the fastest in the league. He hasn\u2019t often been able to turn that into sacks, but having that type of explosiveness on the line can be a useful piece in a pass-rush rotation.<\/p>\n 73. Dennis Gardeck, EDGE, Arizona Cardinals Age:\u00a031 | FA Position Rank: 11<\/p>\n Dennis Gardeck<\/a> tore his ACL in November, which cut his 2024 season short. During 2023, Gardeck had an impressive 42 pressures and 18.2 percent pressure rate while rushing on 63.4 percent of his pass snaps. When recovered, he could be that type of player, with the ability to rush off the edge and drop into coverage.<\/p>\n 74. Andre Cisco, S, Jacksonville Jaguars Age:\u00a025 | FA Position Rank: 7<\/p>\n Andre Cisco<\/a> has been an ascending deep safety who played a bunch of single-high but was more of a split safety in the Jacksonville defense this past season and was lost a bit in the inconsistency of the 2024 Jagaurs. He has the range to play deep, can move around the secondary, and has a history of making plays on the ball.\u00a0<\/p>\n Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 8<\/p>\n Jeremy Chinn<\/a> was the perfect safety to fit into Washington\u2019s defensive back-heavy defense. Chinn played all over the field but also lined up as a deep safety on a career-high 43 percent of his defensive snaps. He also had a career-high seven tackles for loss. Chinn can fit in plenty of defenses and be deployed effectively in a number of ways.<\/p>\n 76. Julian Blackmon, S, Indianapolis Colts Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 9<\/p>\n Julian Blackmon<\/a> has played all over the defense during the past three seasons. He manned the slot on 40 percent of plays in 2022, played in the box on 31 percent of plays in 2023, and lined up at deep safety 88 percent of the time in 2024 with a 29 percent rate as a single-high safety. <\/p>\n With range to play as the single-high and the versatility to move around, Blackmon can be an easy fit into many defenses, especially ones that need that glue piece to move around another secondary player.\u00a0<\/p>\n 77. Jarran Reed, iDL, Seattle Seahawks Age:\u00a032 | FA Position Rank: 7<\/p>\n Jarran Reed<\/a> had his best season as a pass rusher by pressure rate, even though he did not convert as many of those into sacks as he had in previous seasons. He was one of the best early-down pass rushers at the position, as his 13.1 percent pressure rate was fourth.\u00a0<\/p>\n 78. Paulson Adebo, CB, New Orleans Saints Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 10<\/p>\n Among 113 cornerbacks with at least 200 coverage snaps, Paulson Adebo<\/a> was targeted at the third-highest rate. Opposing offenses felt they could pick on Adebo in coverage and while he had some takeaways on those throws, he was often giving up receptions. He missed half the season with a broken femur but is expected to be healthy to start the 2025 season.<\/p>\n 79. Jedrick Wills, OT, Cleveland Browns Age:\u00a026 | FA Position Rank: 7<\/p>\n Jedrick Wills<\/a> only played in five games during the 2024 season after his 2023 season was cut short after eight games. He missed two games to start the season and then two separate games during the year \u2014 one of which he called a \u201cbusiness decision\u201d \u2014 and then was effectively benched for second-round pick Dewand Jones for the second half of the year. <\/p>\n The injury concerns and the inconsistent quality of play are troubling, but he could come as a cheap flier for a team in need of outside help.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a025 | FA Position Rank: 12<\/p>\n Azeez Ojulari<\/a> hasn\u2019t been able to stay on the field consistently but has been a productive part-time time pass rusher. On 190 pass rush snaps in 2024, he had 22 pressures, 10 hits, and six sacks. Signing him to play on obvious passing downs could be key to keeping him healthy and in the best situations to use his skill set.<\/p>\n 81. Robert Spillane, LB, Las Vegas Raiders Age:\u00a029 | FA Position Rank: 9<\/p>\n Robert Spillane<\/a> has good range, but sometimes that can make his tackle numbers look better than they are. Just 48.1 percent of his tackles produced a positive play for the defense, which was the lowest rate among linebackers with at least 50 positive tackles. He was about average in yards allowed per coverage snap but was better at deterring passing from being thrown.\u00a0<\/p>\n 82. Stephon Gilmore, CB, Minnesota Vikings Age:\u00a034 | FA Position Rank: 11<\/p>\n Stephon Gilmore was solid in coverage throughout the 2024 season, and that\u2019s a great result for someone playing in their age-34 season. If Gilmore can again play in a zone-heavy defense, he should be able to use his instincts to continue to be a net positive even as he turns 35. <\/p>\n Teammate Harrison Smith was the only defensive back to play more than 40 defensive snaps as a 35-year-old last season. Jonathan Joseph, in 2020, was the last cornerback to play 400 snaps at age 35 or older.<\/p>\n 83. Mike Gesicki, TE, Cincinnati Bengals Age:\u00a029 | FA Position Rank: 3<\/p>\n Mike Gesicki<\/a> was a useful short-area piece for the Bengals passing game, filling part of the void left by the departure of Tyler Boyd. It was his best season by yards per route run (1.59) since 2020 (1.60), but he only ran a route on 58 percent of the Cincinnati dropbacks. He can be a good third or fourth option for a team that won\u2019t mind having the slot taken by a tight end.\u00a0<\/p>\n 84. Matthew Judon, EDGE, Atlanta Falcons Age:\u00a033 | FA Position Rank: 13<\/p>\n Matthew Judon<\/a> played in all 17 games after an injury-shortened 2023, but his pressure rate plummeted to just 8.7 percent. His awareness is still there after five passes defended, with three of them batted at the line of scrimmage, but entering his age-33 season, Judon might no longer be a full-time starting player on the edge.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a029 | FA Position Rank: 8<\/p>\n Poona Ford<\/a> tied a career-high with nine quarterback hits and also added five passes defensed, including an interception. He has a quick step off the line, which can allow him to create disruption up the middle. Even if he\u2019s not creating a ton of sacks, he\u2019s doing enough to impact the play.\u00a0<\/p>\n 86. Ben Bredeson, OG, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 9<\/p>\n Ben Bredeson<\/a> is a solid lineman with the versatility to play multiple positions, needing to play right guard and center with the Giants in 2023. His best and most common position in left guard, where he was good next to Tristian Wirfs as a zone blocker in 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n 87. Brandon Scherff, OG, Jacksonville Jaguars Age:\u00a033 | FA Position Rank: 10<\/p>\n Brandon Scherff<\/a> has been healthy in each of the past three seasons after missing time each year from 2018 to 2021. His high-level play does not meet the same standards as when he was on the field in Washington, but more consistency in playing time has allowed him to have a higher floor, even into his 30s. This past season, Scherff had his lowest rushing blown block rate (1.9 percent) since 2021.<\/p>\n 88. Harrison Smith, S, Minnesota Vikings Age:\u00a036 | FA Position Rank: 10<\/p>\n Despite his age, Harrison Smith<\/a> played at a high level and was asked to do a lot in the Brian Flores defense in Minnesota. He was often tasked with lining up at the line of scrimmage and then dropping all the way back to a deep half. He played 13 percent of his snaps aligned at the line of scrimmage and still had 10 passes defensed.\u00a0<\/p>\n 89. Chauncey Golston, EDGE, Dallas Cowboys Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 14<\/p>\n Chauncey Golston<\/a> had a career-high 5.5 sacks in 2024 as he moved into a full-time role. He\u2019s not an explosive player off the edge with just a 1.00-second average get-off per Next Gen Stats, but he is an instinctual player with good run discipline. He ranked eighth among edge rushers in run stop win rate in 2024.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank: 10<\/p>\n Tyrel Dodson<\/a> was an interesting case of what some teams need at the position. He finished the year ranked 25th in yards allowed per coverage snap but was waived by the Seahawks in the middle of the season because he wasn\u2019t making enough of an impact on run fits. He was a higher-volume per-snap tackler with the Dolphins for the second half of the season, though the value in tackles was about even.<\/p>\n 91. Demarcus Robinson, WR, Los Angeles Rams Age:\u00a030 | FA Position Rank: 10<\/p>\n Demarcus Robinson<\/a> slowly took over as the No. 2 receiver with the Rams and was one of the most effective deep receivers in the league. He tied for 14th with eight catches of 20 or more air yards. With so many teams needing juice on the outside, that should help Robinson\u2019s market. He also became a bit of a red zone threat with five touchdowns inside the 20 in 2024.<\/p>\n 92. Will Hernandez, OG, Arizona Cardinals Age:\u00a030 | FA Position Rank: 12<\/p>\n Will Hernandez<\/a> was lost for the season with a knee injury in November, cutting short a season that featured his lowest blown block rate (1.1 percent) since his rookie season (1.0 percent). In 2023, Hernandez was 18th among interior linemen in pass block win rate and ninth in run block win rate \u2014 one of four players in the top 20 of each.\u00a0<\/p>\n 93. Kelvin Beachum, OT, Arizona Cardinals Age: 36 | FA Position Rank: 8<\/p>\n Kelvin Beachum<\/a> provides a solid floor as a veteran option at tackle, with experience on both sides. He\u2019s not going to overpower anyone with strength or agility, but he\u2019s been a solid blocker who won\u2019t make many mistakes and has only been called for four holding penalties in the past four seasons.<\/p>\n 94. Kristian Fulton, CB, Los Angeles Chargers Age:\u00a027 | FA Position Rank:\u00a012<\/p>\n During the first half of the season, Kristian Fulton<\/a> was having a revival as a top corner then injuries and inconsistency kicked in again. A midseason hamstring injury was a tipping point in his performance. If he could stay healthy, his upside would shoot him up this list, but he’s struggled to stay on the field for most of his career.<\/p>\n Players 95-100<\/p>\n 95. Kyzir White, LB, Arizona Cardinals Age:\u00a029 | FA Position Rank: 11<\/p>\n Kyzir White<\/a> was a strong run defender for the Cardinals, playing downhill and ranked 19th in positive tackles. He was also an impressive pass rusher, with a 20.8 percent pressure rate, while rushing on 17.1 percent of his pass snaps. However, he was 86th in yards allowed per coverage snap.<\/p>\n 96. Mike Williams, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers Age:\u00a030 | FA Position Rank: 11<\/p>\n Mike Williams<\/a> got caught up in whatever was going on with the Jets early in the season and then was lost in the Steelers’ inconsistent passing offense following a midseason trade. He was 113th of 116 qualified receivers in ESPN\u2019s open score but was 14th in catch score.\u00a0<\/p>\n 97.
