In addition to showcasing what it takes to earn a spot on the squad, the show also highlights the comradery between the cheerleaders.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe sisterhood I think is something that we\u2019re very proud of and something that we don\u2019t ever take for granted. I\u2019ve met the most amazing women who have shaped me into the person that I am today and I\u2019m grateful for that,\u201d said veteran Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Jada Mclean.<\/p>\n
Long-time cheer squad director Kelli Finglass is a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader herself.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s the hard work together that is just so rewarding. It\u2019s hard to explain, but yet it\u2019s not if anybody\u2019s been on a team sport. It\u2019s just success together, and that makes it more fun. It\u2019s not a one person sport or a pageant, it\u2019s a team and those shared experiences are the same, even back to my days,\u201d Finglass said.<\/p>\n
