You&#8217;ll only need one guess to know who is.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of Allen is <a href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/kansas-city-chiefs\/339\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Kansas City Chiefs;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> quarterback Patrick Mahomes.<\/p>\n<p>While it&#8217;s hard to imagine anyone winning back-to-back MVP Awards, Allen could realistically rank ahead of Mahomes as of now.
