After quoting a bible verse, Travis concluded with writing, “Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of the ride.<\/p>\n

Travis committed to Louisville in 2018 and played there that year before transferring to Florida State.<\/p>\n
He was given the full-time starting duties in 2022 and threw for over 3,000 yards and 24 touchdowns with the Seminoles.<\/p>\n

Travis was on his way to lead Florida State to the College Football Playoff before his devastating injury on November 18, 2023.<\/p>\n
He suffered the injury after a tackle and was carted off the field as he would miss the rest of the season.<\/p>\n
That would be the final game of Travis’s football career.<\/p>\n
He won the ACC’s Player of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year awards.<\/p>\n
