An interesting situation is emerging between Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua and his girlfriend Hallie Aiono.<\/p>\n

According to TMZ Sports, Aiono has filed a petition in Los Angeles County, California to determine the parental relationship of her unborn child and confirm that Nacua is the father.<\/p>\n

Per the report, Aiono wants the court to affirm that the child is Nacua’s. While Aiono has asked the court to award joint legal custody, she wants full physical custody of the child after it’s born and only visitation rights for Nacua.<\/p>\n

Aiono is further seeking money from Nacua to cover “reasonable expenses” relating to the birth as well as attorney fees.<\/p>\n

It’s not clear why the documents were filed … as just a few weeks ago, in mid-May, the couple seemed to be overwhelmingly in love. In a video she posted to her Instagram page, the couple was seen revealing their unborn baby’s gender, before sharing a sweet kiss.<\/p>\n

We’ve reached out to Aiono’s attorneys for comment, but have yet to hear back. Nacua’s agents, meanwhile, told us Tuesday “we don’t have a comment on the situation.”<\/p>\n

Nacua and Aiono have been together since at least 2022 and for a while were seen just about everywhere in Los Angeles. Aiono has not scrubbed him from her Instagram feed though.<\/p>\n

Just a few weeks ago, the two were together for the gender reveal ceremony.<\/p>\n

“You were something we always dreamt of, but I have never been so afraid. I wasn\u2019t planning for this now, but I know your timing is divine. There are a lot of \u201cwhy\u2019s\u201d in life currently, but I know that for the rest of my life, you will be my \u201cwhy\u201d. I can\u2019t wait to love you forever, my sweet boy,” she wrote in May.<\/p>\n

Whatever may have changed between the two’s relationship, it must have happened very, very recently.<\/p>\n
