After sparking dating rumors<\/a> with former NFL wide receiver Danny Amendola<\/a> last year, the 24-year-old DJ and model confirms that she is officially single in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE.<\/p>\n \u201cI am very much on the market,\u201d Pohl says. \u201cRight now, I\u2019m at a place in my career where I\u2019m pouring everything into it. I honestly don\u2019t know if I could handle a relationship at this moment \u2014 I just want to have fun.\u201d<\/p>\n Reflecting on her journey, she doesn\u2019t hold back. \u201cI was thinking about it, and there\u2019s no way I\u2019d be where I am today if I had a man weighing me down.\u201d<\/p>\n Pohl and Amendola first sparked dating rumors in June 2024 when they were spotted together at\u00a0Tom Brady<\/a>‘s Hall of Fame induction for the New England Patriots. Pohl was also seen supporting the former NFL player as he participated in Dancing with the Stars. However, following the second week of DWTS performances, Amendola told\u00a0E! Some of my friends are in happy relationships, and that\u2019s great. But others are constantly complaining, and I\u2019m like \u2014 what are we doing? It\u2019s hot girl summer, we\u2019re in the Hamptons \u2014 let\u2019s live it up!\u201d<\/p>\n When asked about the craziest DM she\u2019s ever received, Pohl laughs and admits the answer might surprise people.<\/p>\n “You\u2019d think way more men would be reaching out to me, but honestly? I find it kind of cringe. It\u2019s like playing the game \u2014 if you DM me, I\u2019m icked out. But if you don\u2019t DM me, how am I supposed to know you exist? So it\u2019s like: ick or nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n As for the wildest message she\u2019s ever received? That\u2019s so important, especially when you\u2019re a successful woman.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s nothing worse than dealing with insecure men,\u201d she continues. \u201cPeople think it\u2019s cute \u2014 \u2018Oh, he\u2019s sweet, he\u2019s shy.\u2019 No. Insecure men cause all the problems in relationships. It really pisses some guys off when you\u2019re confident and doing your thing. That\u2019s why my biggest green flag is emotional security. You don\u2019t even have to be super successful \u2014 you just need to know who you are and be comfortable with that. If you\u2019re insecure, I\u2019m like, please step away.
