Mike Elko<\/a> and the Texas A&M<\/a> football staff remain red-hot on the recruiting trail. The Aggies landed yet another massive commitment on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Buford (Ga.) four-star EDGE Bryce Perry-Wright<\/a>, the No. 33 overall prospect in the 2026 cycle, has pledged to A&M. He becomes the seventh top-100 recruit to choose the Lone Star State program and has now bumped the Aggies up to No. 3 in the Rivals Industry Team Recruiting Rankings<\/a>, leapfrogging Alabama and Notre Dame.<\/p>\n

From the nation\u2019s top cornerback, to an elite running back duo and plenty of standout prospects on both sides of the ball, the Aggies have already compiled quite the haul this cycle. Perry-Wright is the 24th member of the A&M class and is also one of the biggest for Elko and Co.<\/p>\n

Only USC and Georgia now sit ahead of A&M in the team rankings. The Aggies remain in the thick of things for multiple uncommitted five-stars that are nearing decisions, too. <\/p>\n

Looking at Texas A&M\u2019s elite 2026 class<\/p>\n

Last month, A&M added 10 commitments to the fold, including three top-100 prospects. Headlining the recent additions is Spring Valley (Calif.) Mount Miguel five-star cornerback Brandon Arrington<\/a>, the nation\u2019s No. 10 prospect and No. 1 corner. Arrington chose A&M over Oregon.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey have recruited me the hardest,\u201d Arrington told Rivals\u2019 Chad Simmons<\/a>. \u201cThey made me feel wanted from the beginning. When I visited last summer, I loved it. I kept going back. It is about the people at A&M. The staff made me feel welcome and that is what did it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Two days before Arrington committed, A&M landed Carthage (Texas) four-star running back KJ Edwards<\/a>. The 5-foot-10 burner is the No. 4 RB in the cycle and creates a dynamic burner duo alongside San Antonio Steele four-star RB Jonathan Hatton Jr.<\/a>, the No. 6 RB overall who committed back in March.<\/p>\n

Perry-Wright is now one of four Georgia natives to choose the Aggies this cycle. Columbus Carver four-star EDGE Tristian Givens<\/a>, the No. 49 overall prospect, also committed last month. Back in October, Douglas County teammates in four-star wide receiver Aaron Gregory<\/a> and four-star EDGE Jordan Carter<\/a> both pledged. Gregory is the No. 9 receiver in the cycle.<\/p>\n

Toledo Central Catholic four-star CB Victor Singleton<\/a> is a top-100 recruit who flipped to the Aggies from Illinois in April. He and Arrington are two of four blue-chip defensive backs in the class, alongside Goodyear (Ariz.) Desert Year four-star CB Camren Hamiel<\/a> and Mansfield (Texas) Timberview four-star safety Chance Collins<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Of the 24 commits in the class, 20 are blue-chip prospects. Other big recent additions include: Clearwater (Fla.) four-star interior offensive lineman Samuel Roseborough<\/a>, Carthage (Texas) four-star linebacker DaQuives Beck<\/a>, Prosper (Texas) four-star IOL Zaden Krempin<\/a> and Port Arthur (Texas) Memorial three-star linebacker Tank King<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Mike Elko and the Texas A&M football staff remain red-hot on the recruiting trail.
