Allen, 29, and Steinfeld, 28, said \u201cI do\u201d on May 31 at the San Ysidro Ranch in what the \u201cPitch Perfect 2\u201d star later described as a day that was filled with \u201clove and magic.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now, it seems that the NFL star is ready to embrace his next chapter as a married man\u2014specifically by bidding farewell to his four-bedroom, three-bathroom Dana Point<\/a> bachelor pad, which he has just listed for $8.5 million, Realtor.com\u00ae<\/a> can reveal<\/p>\n

Allen snapped up the 2,808-square-foot property for $7.2 million in 2023 via a trust managed by his financial advisor, Troy Nunes, and he is believed to have spent a considerable amount of time during the offseason at the abode, soaking up the warm weather after a traditionally frosty Buffalo winter.<\/p>\n

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom dwelling is located inside a \u201cprestigious\u201d guard-gated community that features its own private beach club\u2014and offers proximity to a host of nearby five-star resorts, including the Ritz Carlton.<\/p>\n

According to the listing, the property embodies \u201cclassic mid-century California architecture\u201d and \u201cis set behind the exclusive 24-hour guard-gated enclave of Monarch Bay.<\/p>\n

The actress\u2019 property spans an impressive 9,000 square feet and features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Much like her beau\u2019s abode in Buffalo, it has a sizable private pool, which can be accessed via a motorized window wall that opens up from the main living area into the backyard.<\/p>\n

If the pair are hoping to invest in property together, they may look elsewhere in California, specifically Malibu, which is where Allen popped the question to Steinfeld on Nov. 22, 2024.<\/p>\n
