In surprising recruiting news on Monday, Oregon lost one of its long-time defensive commits. <\/p>\n
After transferring from Bingham (Utah) to Willamette (Ore.) high school after his commitment, defensive lineman Viliami Moala<\/a> will transfer once again. This time playing his senior season at Thompson HS in Alabama. <\/p>\n Moala also announced he would be opening up his recruiting process with the move. <\/p>\n The 6-foot-2, 340-pounder had been committed to Oregon all of the 2025 year. He did not take any other official visits this Spring\/Summer. <\/p>\n The Ducks have lost three defensive line commits this cycle with Moala being the latest. Earlier Oregon lost Lone Peak (Utah) Bott Mulitalo<\/a> who ultimately flipped to play offensive line at BYU.
