On Wednesday, many of those same fans exhaled a sigh of relief.

The Jets officially announced eight training camp dates open to the public.

The first open practice is scheduled for Friday, July 25, at 8:30 a.m. ET. The very next day is the second of back-to-back open practices, for which fans can now purchase tickets.

Six more dates follow, with the famous Green & White Practice (formerly known as the Green & White Scrimmage) taking place on Saturday, Aug. 2.

Here’s the complete list of public dates for the fans:

Friday, July 25, at 8:30 a.m. ET

Saturday, July 26, at 8:30 a.m. ET

Thursday, July 31, at 8:30 a.m. ET

Saturday, Aug. 2, at 8:30 a.m. ET (Green & White Practice)

Thursday, Aug. 7, at 8:30 a.m. ET

Tuesday, Aug. 12, at 10:00 a.m. ET (Joint practice with Giants)

Tuesday, Aug. 19, at 12:45 p.m. ET

Wednesday, Aug. 20, at 12:45 p.m. ET

The first thing that stands out is the early start times. That’s right, folks: New head coach Aaron Glenn is the type to get his team on the grass as early as possible. We experienced this in OTAs and minicamp, and it’s expected to be the norm moving forward.

The reason some Jets fans were nervous about the number of open camp dates revolved around that very man, the team’s new head coach.

Unlike his predecessor, Robert Saleh, Glenn’s brasher attitude toward all things football left the fanbase in the dark a bit. By no means is Glenn mandated to make the fanbase feel good in this area, nor should he be, but his contrasting personality with Saleh left things up in the air.

Plus, unlike previous seasons, none of the OTA or minicamp practices were open to the fans.

Now that these eight days are set, fans are scrambling to their calendars to see which dates they can get to. If Aaron Glenn’s words are any indication, fans can expect to see a much more physical New York Jets training camp in 2025.

Some New York Jets fans were concerned that training camp this summer wouldn’t be as “available” as previous…

[2051
4402,198,7,3228,226,1917,255,2321,2097,6,3231,3234
0":"post-195483","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-new-york-jets","8":"tag-atlantic-health-training-center","9":"tag-featured","10":"tag-football","11":"tag-free-content","12":"tag-jets","13":"tag-new-york","14":"tag-new-york-jets","15":"tag-newyork","16":"tag-newyorkjets","17":"tag-nfl","18":"tag-ny-jets-news","19":"tag-standard
["GET
