Including the playoffs, he led the NFL with 89 total pressures, one more than superstar Chris Jones of the Kansas City Chiefs.<\/p>\n<p>As good as Verse was last year, he\u2019s by no means satisfied. He\u2019s maintained an unrelenting work ethic this offseason, training with other defenders from around the NFL \u2013 including fellow 2024 first-rounder, Laiatu Latu.<\/p>\n<p>They share the same pass-rush coach, <a href=\"https:\/\/theramswire.usatoday.com\/story\/sports\/nfl\/rams\/2021\/07\/19\/rams-defensive-line-eddy-mcgilvra-trainer-interview\/80654256007\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Ed McGilvra;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Ed McGilvra<\/a>, who has worked with defenders in Southern California for years.
