The Carolina Panthers<\/a> have themselves a believer in NFL Network analyst Adam Rank.<\/p>\n

As he’s done in years past, Rank predicted the outcome<\/a> of every single game for the upcoming campaign. And in what may be a shocker to many, he has the Panthers going 9-8 and knocking off the Tampa Bay Buccaneers<\/a> for the NFC South crown.<\/p>\n

Here’s how Rank sorted each of Carolina’s contests . . .<\/p>\n

Week 1 (at Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a>): Loss<\/p>\n

Week 2 (at Arizona Cardinals<\/a>): Win<\/p>\n

Week 3 (vs. Atlanta Falcons<\/a>): Win<\/p>\n

Week 4 (at New England Patriots<\/a>): Loss<\/p>\n

Week 5 (vs. Miami Dolphins<\/a>): Win<\/p>\n

Week 6 (vs. Dallas Cowboys<\/a>): Win<\/p>\n

If Rank’s forecast comes true, then the Panthers would clinch their first winning season since 2017 and their first division title since 2015. They’d also break a seven-year playoff drought, which currently stands as the longest such streak<\/a> in franchise history.<\/p>\n

Each of those seven seasons has come under owner David Tepper, who purchased the team back in 2018. Carolina has gone a combined 36-80 over that span.<\/p>\n
