Forsyth&#8217;s value was in positional flexibility, where he started 28-of-39 games from 2018-22, making appearances at center, left guard, right guard and right tackle. At Oregon, Forsyth was named second-team All-Pac-12 in 2020 and 2021, before earning first-team All-Pac-12 honors in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Broncos tenure: Forsyth was selected by the Broncos in the seventh round (257th overall) of the 2023 NFL draft. Forsyth did not play in 2023, but he got his shot on the offensive line and special teams in 2024. Forsyth faced a lot of online hate after that blocked kick, but he received <a href=\"https:\/\/broncoswire.usatoday.com\/story\/sports\/nfl\/broncos\/2024\/11\/14\/nfl-news-travis-kelce-gives-honest-take-on-broncos-qb-bo-nix\/76291315007\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:tremendous support;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">tremendous support<\/a> from current Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his brother, Jason Kelce.<\/p>\n<p>Chances to make the 53-man roster: Likely. Despite his rough moments, Forsyth proved to be very serviceable in 2024. In all likelihood, Forsyth will serve as the backup center and a special teams contributor as the Broncos head into the much-anticipated 2025 season.
