Earlier this week, ESPN <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/45530833\/top-10-nfl-edge-rushers-execs-scouts-2025-espn-jeremy-fowler-position-rankings\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:unveiled the pass rusher rankings;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">unveiled the pass rusher rankings<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/broncoswire.usatoday.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Denver Broncos;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Denver Broncos<\/a> outside linebacker Nik Bonitto was named among the &#8220;honorable mention&#8221; players.<\/p>\n<p>An unnamed AFC executive described Bonitto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/45530833\/top-10-nfl-edge-rushers-execs-scouts-2025-espn-jeremy-fowler-position-rankings\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:this way to ESPN;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">this way to ESPN<\/a>: &#8220;Young, athletic, upside, speed rusher, can impact game &#8212; small and average against the run, but very productive overall.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>The ten players who made the cut were Myles Garrett, T.J. Watt, Micah Parsons, Maxx Crosby, Nick Bosa, Trey Hendrickson, Aidan Hutchinson, Will Anderson, Danielle Hunter and Jared Verse. The only honorable mention listed above Bonitto was Brian Burns.<\/p>\n<p>Bonitto earned a Pro Bowl nod and was named a second-team All-Pro last season. Jonathon Cooper, who was three sacks behind Bonitto&#8217;s 13.5-sack total in 2024, did not make the honorable mention list.
