The Tennessee Titans<\/a> are committed to Cam Ward as the catalyst to their future success.<\/p>\n

The Titans<\/a> opted to select the former Miami QB with the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft and if they are going to compete for a playoff spot in the AFC, the rookie will have to play at a high level.<\/p>\n

In today\u2019s NFL landscape, rookie quarterbacks are expected to thrive right away. Just lat season Jayden Daniels put together a historic rookie campaign and led the Commanders<\/a> to 14 wins and a trip to the NFC Championship game.<\/p>\n

Daniels set the bar high for rookie quarterbacks in the NFL \u2014 and while the X<\/a> may not have to make the playoffs to view 2025 as a success \u2014 Brian Callahan has to find a way to make a significant improvement from last year if he wants to keep his job.<\/p>\n

Callahan and the Titans<\/a> banked on Will Levis as their starting QB in 2024 and Tennessee finished the season with a (3-14) record, the worst in the NFL.<\/p>\n

Ward\u2019s success will largely depend on the help he has around him, and right now he has a veteran No. 1 WR in Calvin Ridley along with Tyler Lockett and Van Jefferson.<\/p>\n

It feels like the Titans<\/a> could add another dynamic weapon on offense, and Bleacher Report\u2019s Moe Moton<\/a> has a bold prediction that involves a trade with the Green Bay Packers.<\/p>\n

Moton predicts the Packers will trade WR Romeo Doubs to the Titans<\/a> during training camp. Here\u2019s what he said:<\/p>\n

The Green Bay Packers added rookie first-rounder Matthew Golden to a crowded wide receiver room. The Packers can go four deep at the position with Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs, Dontayvion Wicks and Golden. When Christian Watson returns from a torn ACL, Green Bay would have a five-man rotation.<\/p>\n

The Packers also have budding tight end Tucker Kraft, who caught 50 passes for 707 yards and seven touchdowns last season.<\/p>\n

Quarterback Jordan Love has plenty of hands to feed in the aerial attack, making it difficult to satisfy all his pass-catchers’ target share demands.<\/p>\n

Among the five wideouts, Doubs and Watson are on track to become\u00a0free agents in 2026<\/a>. Green Bay should look to deal one of them for draft capital, which would reduce the logjam at receiver.<\/p>\n

Because of Watson’s injury, he probably wouldn’t fetch as much as Doubs, who had a decent 2024 campaign with 46 receptions for 601 yards and four touchdowns.<\/p>\n

According to\u00a0Sports Illustrated’s\u00a0Bill Huber<\/a>, last season, Doubs skipped practices due to frustrations with his role in the Packers offense.<\/p>\n

Green Bay should offer Doubs to the receiver-needy Tennessee Titans.<\/p>\n

Tennessee added veteran wideouts Van Jefferson and Tyler Lockett, but neither of the two moves the needle. Since 2022, Jefferson has made a minimal impact on three different teams. Lockett’s receiving numbers have declined over the past three years.<\/p>\n

Doubs can carve out a sizable role with the Titans as their No. 2 receiver behind Calvin Ridley.
