Indianapolis Colts’ LT Bernhard Raimann earned an honorable mention among the best OTs by NFL execs, scouts, and coaches.<\/p>\n

Indianapolis Colts’ <\/a>left tackle Bernhard Raimann earned honorable mention among the best offensive tackles heading into the 2025 NFL season.<\/p>\n

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler<\/a> is currently ranking the top 10 players at each position group, and in order to compile these rankings, he is gaining valuable insights from NFL execs, coaches, and scouts.<\/p>\n

When it came to the top 10 offensive tackles for this season, Raimann was just on the outside looking in, among the honorable mention candidates.<\/p>\n

“He is a good example of sticking with a player,” a veteran scout told Fowler. “He started slowly but has continued to improve and was really good last year.”<\/p>\n

As the scout mentions, Raimann has continued to ascend in each of his first three NFL seasons. After having a breakout year in 2023, he built upon that performance in 2024.<\/p>\n

Out of 83 eligible tackles last season, Raimann ranked 24th in\u00a0PFF’s pass-blocking efficienc<\/a>y. In the run game, Raimann ranked 12th in run-blocking grade, with Jonathan Taylor averaging almost 5.0 yards per carry when running between Raimann and Quenton Nelson.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe progress that Berny has made from year one to now, it\u2019s been pretty incredible,\u201d\u00a0GM Chris Ballard said<\/a>\u00a0at the NFL Combine.<\/p>\n

Raimann is entering the final year of his rookie deal and is currently set to be a free agent in 2026.
