His contract is fully guaranteed as a first-round pick.<\/p>\n Questions he faces, roster outlook<\/p>\n First of all, Johnson is a lock for the roster. He is the unquestioned starting left tackle. The question is whether he can take the next step in his development, playing at a Pro Bowl level, whether or not he is selected to it, considering the more well-known tackles in the NFC.<\/p>\n As a former No. 6 overall pick, the Cardinals need him to be more than just pretty good.
