The Jets have catch-up to do before legitimately posing a threat to the Bills&#8217; recent division dominance.<\/p>\n<p>Continuity and personnel has helped establish the Bills as one of the league&#8217;s most consistent performers. Any development that could potentially weaken the Bills would help the Jets.
