MIAMI Dolphins star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has sparked questions about his future after a shocking $2.6 million decision.<\/p>\n

Tagovailoa<\/a> is coming off another injury-plagued season and has gotten calls to retire as a result.<\/p>\n

In 2024, Tagovailoa suffered his third concussion in the span of two years.<\/p>\n

The Pro Bowl quarterback missed six games due to his latest head injury last season.<\/p>\n

Tagovailoa reportedly put his Florida mansion up for sale<\/a> earlier this yaer.<\/p>\n

The veteran has closed a sale on the five-bedroom home in Davie, Florida, for $2.6 million, per Homes.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The property is part of a gated community.<\/p>\n

It’s about 25 minutes away from the Dolphins’ Hard Rock Stadium.<\/p>\n

The ‘waterfront estate’ has plenty of attractive features.<\/p>\n

The ameneties include a fitness center, pickleball, tennis and basketball<\/a> courts.<\/p>\n

The mansion is one of an estimated 240 single-family homes believe to be in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n

The area is guarded 24 hours a day.<\/p>\n

Tagovailoa’s mansion is believed to be one of Long Lake Raches’ most spectacular properties.<\/p>\n

He owns 0.8 acres of land that has jaw-dropping water views.<\/p>\n

The former first-round pick first purchased it for $1.65 million when he signed with the Dolphins in 2020.<\/p>\n

Tagovailoa is looking to sell it for just less than double that amount.<\/p>\n

He was hoping to sell it for $3 million.<\/p>\n

The property includes 4.5 bathrooms, a private movie theater, a big swimming pool, golf putting green and an outdoor summer kitchen.<\/p>\n

It’s not known if the sale of Tagovailoa’s house will affect his future with the Fins.<\/p>\n

Last year, he signed a four-year, $212 million contract extension that included a $42 million signing bonus.<\/p>\n
