The New York Giants<\/a> brought in three new quarterbacks this year. The one that will shake up the organization? <\/p>\n

That\u2019s rookie Jaxson Dart, not projected starter Russell Wilson, according to CBS Sports<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Seems kind of obvious, right? <\/p>\n

According to a ranking of offseason moves<\/a>, CBS Sports said the ninth-most important move across the league this season was the Giants trading up into the first round to draft Dart, the Ole Miss passer, who was taken 25th overall after New York selected former Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter with the third pick. <\/p>\n

From CBS: While we shouldn\u2019t expect a C.J. Stroud or Jayden Daniels-type rookie season from Dart, his arrival to the Big Apple is primed to shake up the organization in some way, shape or form. The club has been adamant that Russell Wilson, who signed with the Giants in free agency, will be the Week 1 starter. However, it does seem like it\u2019ll only be a matter of time before Dart leaps over him. Already during offseason workouts, Dart worked with the first- and second-team offenses, so he seemed to be vying for playing time earlier than expected.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The top offseason move was Matthew Stafford resigning with the Los Angeles Rams, according to CBS. Before making their offseason moves, the Giants showed heavy interest in bringing Stafford to New York. <\/p>\n

In addition to Wilson and Dart, the Giants signed Jameis Winston in free agency to a two-year contract worth $8 million. Tommy DeVito is also set to return for his third season. <\/p>\n
