TreVeyon Henderson should be a breath of fresh air in New England.<\/p>\n

The Patriots haven’t had a player like him in years.<\/p>\n

That’s why The Athletic’s Chad Graff<\/a> puts Henderson atop his training camp watchlist.<\/p>\n

“He brings obvious speed and a big-play ability to a Patriots offense that has lacked juice in recent years,” Graff writes. “Plus he does it all, spending time this spring as a kickoff returner, passing target and running back. He\u2019ll be a ton of fun to watch.”<\/p>\n

Henderson’s explosiveness was clear from the moment he broke out as an Ohio State freshman.<\/p>\n

He continued to show that big-play ability throughout his Buckeyes career, paired with a solid consistency to his game between-the-tackles, too.<\/p>\n

He only got to split work in the national championship season with Quinshon Judkins, and both went in the second round.<\/p>\n

Now, Henderson has to contend with Rhamondre Stevenson. Given Henderson’s overwhelming talent, he has a chance to shed that competition just like he sheds tacklers.<\/p>\n
