THE Kansas City Chiefs have moved to add wide receiver depth in another change to the position group.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs receiving corps has undergone some big changes in the days before training camp.<\/a><\/p>\n

Kansas City<\/a> invited three receivers in for workouts at the start of training camp.<\/p>\n

And the NFL transaction report shows that they signed undrafted rookie Hal Presley.<\/p>\n

Presley worked out with Amari Rodgers and Seth Williams, NBC’s Pro Football Talk reported.<\/p>\n

But the former Baylor college star prevailed and earned a contract with the team.<\/p>\n

Presley went undrafted in April but then signed a deal with the Buffalo Bills.<\/a><\/p>\n

He was cut by the Bills after their rookie minicamp.<\/p>\n

The receiver played four seasons with Baylor in college.<\/p>\n

During his senior year in 2024, he played 12 games with 10 starts.<\/p>\n

Presley recorded 31 catches for 429 yards with three touchdowns.<\/p>\n

Over his four years in college, the wideout had 1,048 receiving yards with seven touchdowns.<\/p>\n

Kansas City have made some dramatic moves at wide receiver this month.<\/p>\n

The team parted ways with Justyn Ross.<\/a><\/p>\n

The 25-year-old was on the team for four years but caught just six passes.<\/p>\n

His time with the Chiefs was hampered by injury and suspension.<\/p>\n

Kansas City is also waiting on the availability of Rashee Rice.<\/p>\n

The receiver could receive an NFL suspension after pleading guilty to two third-degree felony charges.<\/a><\/p>\n

Rice was handed a 30-day jail sentence for his role in a fatal crash in Dallas last year.<\/p>\n

But coach Andy Reid<\/a> confirmed Rice will participate in training camp as scheduled.<\/p>\n

“We’re going to progress as normal with him, Reid announced.<\/p>\n

“He’ll go in and take all the reps that he’ll normally take. <\/p>\n

“We always rotate that position. <\/p>\n
