Vikings Legend Esera Tuaolo, who played for Minnesota from 1992-96 and has since performed the National Anthem at multiple Vikings games, will be on-site July 28 to serve fans from his new St. Joseph-based restaurant 98 Hawaiian Grill.<\/p>\n
