Morgan Wallen surprised fans in Miami<\/a> by taking the stage in a Cam Ward<\/a> Canes jersey, a nod to the Tennessee Titans\u2019 newly drafted quarterback, per X. Ward, who was introduced to the Nashville media after being selected in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft, could not hide his appreciation. \u201cBig Morgan Wallen guy,\u201d Ward said when asked about his go-to music. \u201c\u2018Last Night\u2019 is probably my number one song by him, I like \u2018Love Somebody,\u2019 and the last one\u2026 I can\u2019t remember what it was, I\u2019ll have to go through my Spotify playlist. But Morgan Wallen \u2013 he\u2019s cool.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Sneedville native did not let the shout-out go unnoticed. Wallen shared the clip on his Instagram Stories, adding his own welcome message to the rookie Ward: \u201cWelcome to TN @camward let\u2019s get it!!\u201d The connection between the two feels natural. Wallen, who proudly reps his Tennessee roots, is no stranger to aligning himself with the state\u2019s sports stars.
