The first-round safety broke fast on the ball to knock down a pass intended for Charlie Kolar over the middle in seven-on-seven drills. He followed that up with an interception in the end zone in 11-on-11 work.<\/p>\n<p>Starks wasn&#8217;t the only rookie in the secondary to hop on the takeaway train.<\/p>\n<p>Undrafted cornerback Reuben Lowery, who had three interceptions in OTAs and minicamp, had another one Thursday. The Tennessee-Chattanooga product beat the receiver to the ball over the middle in 11-on-11 drills.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Reuben, he&#8217;s all ball,&#8221; Head Coach John Harbaugh said. &#8220;He&#8217;s all ball, every day. [That&#8217;s] all he thinks about, all he talks about. He eats it, sleeps it. Comes out here and flies around.
