All 32 NFL teams have reported to training camp, and there’s no shortage of intrigue and storylines so far.<\/p>\n

Thursday started off concerningly for the New York Jets, but the team experienced a complete reversal of fortune Friday. After being carted off the field with a dislocated toe <\/a>Thursday, Justin Fields is already back at practice<\/a> Friday and “day to day” per head coach Aaron Glenn.<\/a><\/p>\n

That should come as a welcome sign for Jets fans hoping Fields can bring some stability to the quarterback position in 2025, as well as NFL fans hoping to watch one of the league’s most interesting offenses.<\/a><\/p>\n

While Fields’ return to practice seems to indicate he’s good to go for Week 1, it will be worth watching how much Fields is able to accomplish Friday and how his toe holds up over the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

The Raiders sent shockwaves through the NFL<\/a> on Thursday evening by releasing defensive tackle Christian Wilkins, who signed for big money in free agency barely a year ago. The reason? Wilkins had “no clear path or plan for future return to play” from a Jones fracture in his foot suffered last season. The Raiders reportedly wanted Wilkins to have surgery, but he resisted. Wilkins has filed a grievance with the NFLPA attempting to recoup the $35.2 million in voided guarantees.<\/p>\n
