Free-agent tight end Noah Fant completed a visit<\/a> Thursday with the Cincinnati Bengals<\/a>, and Jordan Schultz reported via Twitter\/X<\/a> that it was described as positive, with both sides planning to stay in touch.<\/p>\n

Fant, released July 20 by the Seattle Seahawks<\/a>, visited the New Orleans Saints<\/a> on Friday. Schultz added that Fant is continuing to explore a multitude of options.<\/p>\n

Schultz\u00a0reported earlier<\/a>\u00a0that multiple teams have expressed interest in Fant, with Cincinnati as his first visit.<\/p>\n

“At the end of the day, he knows what we have here,” Bengals receiver Ja’Marr Chase said of Fant.<\/p>\n

Fant, a first-round pick of the Denver Broncos<\/a> in the 2019 NFL draft, played three seasons for the Broncos and three for the Seahawks.<\/p>\n

Asked why the Seahawks released Fant, head coach Mike Macdonald said, “I’m not going to tell you exactly why. There’s multiple reasons.”<\/p>\n

Fant had 48 catches for 500 receiving yards with a touchdown in 14 games in 2024.
