Football fans finally get their first glimpse of the new-look Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a> this weekend when the team plays a practice game at EverBank Stadium<\/a>, but that’s hardly the only fun thing going on around Jacksonville.<\/p>\n

There’s also the return of a music venue that’s been shut down for more than a year, a rocking country concert in St. Augustine, an opportunity to drink beer with the St. Johns Riverkeeper and a visit from a Starfleet legend.<\/p>\n

Get your first look at Travis Hunter in a Jaguars uniform when the team holds a stadium scrimmage on Friday.<\/p>\n

The Jaguars are playing a practice game against themselves as they get ready for the upcoming NFL season. Fans will get a chance to see how the new coaches are working out, how the team is coming into shape and whether Travis Hunter plays on offense, defense or both. The event is free, but you need to register at jaguars.com\/trainingcamp<\/a> to secure a ticket. The big news isn\u2019t that Dan Tyminski is playing at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, it\u2019s that anybody is playing at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, which has been undergoing renovations for 15 months.
