George Pickens<\/a> seems to be acclimating well to his new surroundings.<\/p>\n

The Dallas Cowboys<\/a> receiver recently joined 105.3 The Fan (KRLD-FM),<\/a> where he discussed his focus for the 2025 season and his connection with CeeDee Lamb.<\/a> While Pickens is entering a contract year, the receiver doesn\u2019t want to look past 2025 just yet.<\/p>\n

He does see Dallas as a place he could one day call a permanent home.<\/p>\n

\u201cI kind of understand the camaraderie more than I did in Pittsburgh,\u201d Pickens said. \u201cThe Cowboys are known for the Super Bowl. If they weren\u2019t known for that, then no one would care about the Cowboys. But they\u2019re known for that, then the camaraderie \u2014 other people give that same energy because they also want to see it again.”<\/p>\n

Pickens added that he\u2019s focused on playing through the upcoming season before he turns his attention to a new contract.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s definitely what I want to focus on first because money\u2019s everywhere. Money\u2019s all over the world,\u201d Pickens said. \u201cSo I definitely want to try to help them win, like get a Super Bowl.\u201d<\/p>\n

Throughout the early portion of training camp in Oxnard, Pickens\u2019 connection with Lamb has received a fair share of attention.<\/a> Both receivers have come down with key receptions from quarterback Dak Prescott in practice sessions.<\/p>\n

According to Pickens, it didn\u2019t take long to form a bond with Lamb.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt kind of was instant chemistry when I met him,\u201d Pickens said. \u201cJust the type of person he is, he\u2019s kind of just like me personally. But we\u2019re all about our business when we get on the field. That connection is going to make us better, so I was already coming in with that mindset. I always wanted to meet him, I wanted to meet all the other guys because that\u2019s going to make us super different.\u201d<\/p>\n
