The Patriots will be facing off against the Washington Commanders on Friday for the first game of the 2025 preseason at Gillette Stadium.<\/p>\n

It will mark a special occasion for the franchise, which will be honoring the greatest player in team history, Tom Brady. <\/p>\n
Patriots leaders, including Robert Kraft, are expected to speak before the game.<\/p>\n
The brass statue depicting Brady will be unveiled at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n
On Friday, a special edition of News 9 will air at 7 p.m. and will include the day’s news, weather and Patriots pregame coverage. Then, stay tuned to WMUR for the game at 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
