Neal earned several national honors during his collegiate career, including being a semifinalist for the Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year Award, multiple National Player of the Week honors, and a Reese’s Senior Bowl Offensive Player of the Week award during the 2024 season. As a senior in 2024 with the Jayhawks, Neal rushed for 1,266 yards on 219 attempts and 16 touchdowns across 12 games.<\/p>\n

The Lawrence, Kansas native was the consensus No. 1 recruit in Kansas, rushing for over 1,300 yards and 20 touchdowns in his senior year at Lawrence High School.<\/p>\n
