The Las Vegas Raiders worked out former Pittsburgh Steelers safety Terrell Edmunds, according to Aaron Wilson of KPRC2<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Edmunds, 28, began his career as the Steelers\u2019 first-round pick (No. 28 overall) in the 2018 NFL Draft. He spent the first five seasons of his NFL career in Pittsburgh, but he never reached his first-round expectations.<\/p>\n

From 2018-22, he started 75 games and recorded 410 tackles, five sacks, one fumble recovery, 26 passes defensed and five interceptions.<\/p>\n

Edmunds has been a journeymen as of late, jumping from team to team. He spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles (2023), Tennessee Titans (2023) and Jacksonville Jaguars (2024) before re-joining the Steelers last season.<\/p>\n

His second stint in Pittsburgh was short-lived, though. He had just seven tackles in five games, and ahead of the team\u2019s Week 10 matchup against the Washington Commanders,\u00a0the Steelers released him<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Edmunds then signed to the Los Angeles Chargers practice squad<\/a> but became a free agent once again after the season. <\/p>\n

Maybe he could finally find a role with the Raiders if he eventually signs with them. Edmunds has 465 tackles, 7.5 sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, 28 passes defensed and six interceptions in his seven-year NFL career.<\/p>\n
