Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart is looking for a place to call home after signing a four-year, $17 million fully guaranteed contract with Big Blue.<\/p>\n
The 22-year-old Ole Miss product, who was the 25th overall pick in this year\u2019s draft, took Overtime along for the ride as he toured homes and apartments in New York City and neighboring New Jersey recently.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve got to figure out where I\u2019m going to live,\u201d Dart said in a video posted to YouTube. \u201cI\u2019m thinking more of a penthouse look, but I\u2019m also just open to finding the best spot, whatever feels like home to me.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Dart toured a nearly $4 million home in Short Hills, N.J., which included a two-person jacuzzi and a black kitchen.<\/p>\n
\u201cQuite honestly, I\u2019m just going to have my mom help me [furnish the house],\u201d he added. <\/p>\n
Dart took a break and picked up Giants tight end Theo Johnson for a shopping trip at two:minds \u2014 before he got his hands dirty in the kitchen at Joe\u2019s Pizza. The quarterback was seen mingling with young fans and making a pepperoni pizza.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe suburbs\u2019 really not kind of my thing right now,\u201d Dart said. \u201c\u2018Gonna have something that\u2019s closer to the water, better view of the city, easier access, so I\u2019m excited to see what it\u2019s about.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dart then toured the building\u2019s common area on the 34th floor and inquired if he could purchase it.<\/p>\n
\u201cI wanna turn this into my house,\u201d Dart said. \u201cGive me a range.\u201d <\/p>\n
The sales consultant replied, \u201cI would say you\u2019re looking at over $10 [million] for this space.\u201d <\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the video, Dart explained that he isn\u2019t feeling any pressure heading into his rookie season.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t feel like there is anything too crazy on my back,\u201d he said. \u201cI haven\u2019t even really thought about anything else rather than just trying to learn my playbook and make the relationships with the guys on the team.\u201d<\/p>\n
