Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid decided to get personal regarding Travis Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift. Perhaps because it’s the preseason, Reid decided to share his life experience with his star tight end.<\/p>\n

Wednesday’s episode of “New Heights” will mark Swift’s first time joining the Kelce brothers on their show, and of course, Reid was asked about it when speaking to the media. However, he decided to spotlight Kelce and Swift’s relationship.<\/p>\n

“My grandkids will be all over it, but I’m happy for them,” Reid told reporters on Wednesday. “Both of them like each other, and what a plus that is. They care about each other, and I think that’s the most important thing. The older you get, you want these guys to have somebody they can settle down with and that whole deal. And so I think it’s a neat deal for them\u2014both of them.”<\/p>\n

The relationship between Swift and Kelce began when the Chiefs tight end revealed in a July 2023 episode that he had tried to give Swift his number during her Kansas City “Eras Tour” stop, he told the retired Philadelphia Eagles center and his brother, Jason Kelce.<\/p>\n

Afterward, the couple went public with their relationship in September 2023, and Travis surprised fans with an on-stage appearance during the “Eras Tour” at Wembley Stadium on June 23, 2024. Since then, Swift has been seen at Arrowhead Stadium numerous times for Chiefs games.<\/p>\n

On the field, the 35-year-old will look to get back to being his dominant self as the past two seasons the veteran pass catcher has failed to eclipse the 1,000 receiving yard mark.<\/p>\n
