The Tampa Bay Buccaneers\u2014the same franchise he led to its first Lombardi Trophy in 2003.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSleeper team for this year,\u201d Gruden was asked.<\/p>\n<p>Without hesitation, he replied, \u201cTampa Bay Buccaneers are gonna win the Super Bowl.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Commanding the Buccaneers\u2019 offense for a third straight season is former No. 1 overall pick Baker Mayfield.
