Diggs made headlines<\/a> this week when asked by The Athletic\u2019s Dianna Russini on her \u201cScoop City\u201d podcast if he would be ready for Week 1. Diggs was cagey in response and said he wasn\u2019t certain.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s been out here almost every day,\u201d head coach Mike Vrabel said Thursday. \u201cI\u2019m excited of where he\u2019s at and we\u2019ll see when Week 1 comes, but he\u2019s going to practice today. Hopefully he helps us in the red zone, but we can\u2019t predict the future about Week 1. I just know he\u2019s going to be out there today, and he works hard and he cares, which are two important things.\u201d<\/p>\n Patriots right tackle Morgan Moses also won\u2019t play Saturday, according to NBC Sports Boston\u2019s Phil Perry.
