He landed on his back and remained motionless for a little while before medical staff attended to him. Johnston was eventually able to sit up and walk to the cart under his own power before being transported to a local hospital for evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Harbaugh confirmed the diagnosis after the game at his media availability and said that Johnston was talking, remembered the play, and was moving well.
