Cincinnati (0-1) is coming off a loss to the Philadelphia Eagles<\/a> in Week 1 and Washington (0-1) lost last week<\/a> to the New England Patriots.<\/p>\n

Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on ESPN<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Bengals\u00a0offensive lineman Cody Ford suffered an apparent injury during training camp at Paycor Stadium, and appears to be unavailable<\/a>\u00a0for the Bengals’ second NFL preseason game against the\u00a0Commanders.<\/p>\n

Bengals\u00a0head coach Zac Taylor said the starters will play a quarter<\/a> on Monday Night Football when the team squares off against the\u00a0Commanders. This will likely be the last time quarterback Joe Burrow and Co. see the playing field before the regular season begins.<\/p>\n

Free-agent offensive lineman Dalton Risner is scheduled to visit the\u00a0Cincinnati Bengals<\/a>\u00a0on Aug. 19, according to a\u00a0report via Twitter\/X\u00a0from Jordan Schultz<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Rich Eisen will anchor “SportsCenter” for the first time in over 20 years after the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Washington Commanders<\/a> “Monday Night Football” preseason game on the network, ESPN announced<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Eisen was a “SportsCenter” host from 1996-2003 before moving to the NFL Network.<\/p>\n

NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo\u00a0reported Monday via Twitter\/X\u00a0that Washington running back Brian Robinson Jr. won’t play against the Bengals<\/a> amid speculation about his future with the Commanders, adding that “it’s a mutual decision between Robinson and the team, as a trade before the cut to the 53-man roster remains a possibility.”<\/p>\n
