Just weeks before the start of the regular season, a new power couple has potentially entered the NFL universe.<\/p>\n

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert and pop star Madison Beer<\/a> were spotted together on the set of her upcoming music video on Sunday, August 17, in pictures obtained by Us Weekly.<\/p>\n

The 6-foot-6 Herbert, 27, towered over Beer, 26, on the Los Angeles set, as the pair smiled and chatted in between takes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Beer introduced the football star to members of the music video\u2019s crew before the duo left together in Herbert\u2019s car.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tTaylor Swift\u2019s relationship with Travis Kelce caused a seismic shift within the Kansas City Chiefs organization. ESPN\u2019s six-part docuseries The Kingdom, which premiered its first two episodes on Thursday, August 14, detailed the early days of the pop star\u2019s romance with the Chiefs tight end. Swift, 35, made her first appearance at Kansas City\u2019s Arrowhead [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n

Us Weekly has reached out to representatives for Herbert and Beer about their relationship status.<\/p>\n

Herbert, who was drafted by the Chargers in 2020, has mostly kept his dating life private. The quarterback was previously linked to NFL Network\u2019s Taylor Bisciotti, but the two never confirmed their relationship.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Beer, whose third studio album, MB3, is expected to be released later this year, has previously been linked to Vine star and musician Jack Gilinsky, Brooklyn Beckham, producer Zack Bia, YouTube star David Dobrik and, most recently, TikTok star Nick Austin.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a since-deleted Instagram post in March 2021, Austin, 25, celebrated Beer\u2019s birthday, calling her \u201cthe love of my life, my best friend, my dream girl, my soulmate.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery day with you feels like I\u2019m dreaming, which I might be,\u201d Austin added. \u201cI love you. Forever n ever n ever <3.\u201d<\/p>\n

It is not clear when Beer and Austin broke up.\u00a0<\/p>\n

While Beer preps the release of her album, Herbert is gearing up for his sixth season with the Chargers.<\/p>\n

The quarterback saw his first action of the preseason on Saturday, August 16, against the Los Angeles Rams. Herbert went 2-for-5 for 46 yards during his only drive.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Throughout training camp, Herbert has been impressed with the Chargers\u2019 crop of rookie receivers, including Tre\u2019 Harris and KeAndre Lambert-Smith.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019ve made a bunch of plays,\u201d Herbert told reporters earlier this month. \u201cWe\u2019ve asked them to do a lot, we\u2019re asking those guys to fill in and play multiple positions and they\u2019ve done a great job picking up the offense. They just go out there and make plays, they continue to get two feet inbounds and adapt to the NFL. It\u2019s been really fun to see.\u201d<\/p>\n
