Let the tailgating begin! Mostly dry, warm weather is forecast for the Cincinnati Bengals’ <\/a>home preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Seasonably warm conditions and a dry airmass are expected on Friday, Aug. 22, and will persist through the weekend,\u00a0according to the\u00a0National Weather Service office in Wilmington<\/a>. Cloudy skies are also forecast for Friday, with highs in the low 80s along I-70 and upper 80s along the Ohio River.<\/p>\n

Clouds should scatter by Friday evening, but if thick overcast skies continue longer than expected, then temperatures may struggle to get out of the 70s.<\/p>\n

Saturday, Aug. 23, will be the warmest day of the weekend, which is perfect for the Bengals vs. Colts<\/a> matchup at Paycor Stadium. Highs will reach the upper 80s and possibly low 90s along the Ohio River and mid-80s near the I-70 corridor.<\/p>\n

However, some scattered showers and storms may occur in the afternoon, particularly in north-central Kentucky and southern Ohio.<\/p>\n

A cooler, drier weather pattern is forecast to move through the area Saturday night, with dewpoints dropping through the day on Sunday, Aug. 24. While a shower cannot be ruled out, mostly clear skies and low atmospheric moisture will be likely Sunday through next week.<\/p>\n

Temperatures will be mild during the day and much cooler at night during this period.<\/p>\n
