The defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles are third (+750), followed by the Kansas City Chiefs (+850), Green Bay Packers (+950) and Detroit Lions (+1200).

The Steelers have the 16th-best odds at +4000.

The oddsmakers apparently love what Baltimore did in the offseason. In June, All-Pro cornerback Jaire Alexander signed a one-year, $6 million deal with the Ravens. He had better offers but wanted to be in Baltimore. Alexander reunites with his former teammate at Louisville, Lamar Jackson.

Alexander joins a Ravens secondary that features All-Pro cornerback Marlon Humphrey, second-year cornerback Nate Wiggins, veteran cornerback Chidobe Awuzier, rookie safety Malaki Starks and All-Pro safety Kyle Hamilton. On paper, the Ravens are loaded in the secondary.

The Ravens also signed All-Pro running back Derrick Henry to a two-year, $30 million extension this offseason that includes $25 million fully guaranteed over the next two seasons.

Henry’s deal is the largest in NFL history for a running back over 30 years old and now gives him a great chance to finish his illustrious NFL career in Baltimore now signed through the 2027 season.

The Ravens signed Henry to a two-year, $16 million deal last offseason, but he outplayed it while rushing for 1,921 yards (5.9 yards per carry) and 16 touchdowns in 2024.

The 31-year-old also proved to be worth the money in the playoffs when he ran all over the Pittsburgh Steelers defense for 186 yards and two touchdowns in the Wild Card win.

Henry has rushed for 11,423 yards and 106 touchdowns in his nine-year NFL career and now plenty of time to build upon that in Baltimore.

The Ravens also have one of the best quarterbacks in the league in Lamar Jackson. The Ravens were a two-point conversion away of defeating the Buffalo Bills in the Divisional Round last season. Tight end Mark Andrews just couldn’t haul in Jackson’s pass. This year, the Ravens are out for revenge and will try to dethrone their kryptonites — the Chiefs and Bills in the AFC.

This article originally appeared on Steelers Now: Steelers Legend Picks Ravens to Win Super Bowl

Related Headlines

Former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Terry Bradshaw is bullish on the Baltimore Ravens this year.
